WRC2 loses about 2km/s to WRC1 in this rally, which makes it realistic for Neuville to gain about 200s tomorrow in 100km of stages.
3m20s gain would place him 8th at the moment. If 2 crews in front of him fall out (quite realistic imo), he would be 6th by the end of Saturday which is 6 points already. Then just cruise on sunday and it's done, plus he would only need to beat Munster to get 1 additional point from Sunday. And all of it is only relevant if Tänak stays ahead and is fast on Sunday. Still a very slim chance for Tänak.
I think Neuville has to give some push on Sunday for the manufacturers points, otherwise it might be difficult to Hyundai to maintain the lead. I don't think Mikkelsen will be able to be faster than the Toyota drivers on Sunday.
