Tänak lost powersteering after 3km, and said after finish line "how hard it is" (in Estonian language we need beep-machine for the phrase)

Need to say that quite impressive time without powersteering.

Powersteering, like all new technology, can be a little tricky to do right. I'm sure Ford can sort it out by mid-season
