A technical question.we have two turbos.one big and one smaller but with the same restrictor,what are the differences to the output.

depents how small,and how big you mean.For which engine?
ie you mean a bigger turbo( vs what they are using now?) at wrc car with current 34mm restrictor?

YES!!
i want to know what would be the differences,since the air-volume that enters the turbo is the same on both occasions because of the same restrictor.

will not make more power,and will be worst in terms of lag.Also worst will be the response at part throttle accelerations.
