I have seen the same during my 10 years experience of rally Finland. Seems the guy is slow but the stage time tells you a different story

That’s a bit harsh……on Makinen!! At least Makinen won a rally that year. He was generally on the podium or retiring.

Neuville has been slower than everyone else year, never really had the pace.
