    Sorry, my bad for the first part. As for Spain, he said it in a Q&A on Facebook last month so unless he decided since then to change that, he's going to Spain.

    So far eight cases of speeding have been recorded during #WRC #YpresRally. One crew managed to do three offences in a short time and have been fined by the organization for over 3300 euros. In total 7 850 euros worth of fines have been handed out.

    No top crews.. seems like only local heroes..
