I doubt that.

In the f1 the ticket you buy is a contract that gives all right to whatever media material you make to the promotor. If you don't give away your rights you don't make it anywhere near the track.

But in rally there are thousands of people who don't have a ticket and thus have no contractual obligation towards the promotor.

No matter what contracts the promotor has with the fia, the teams or the organization, they have no contract with me so whatever footage i make belongs solely to me.
