I guess that current WRC 1.6T with 33 mm restrictor may have around 340 Hp. 36 mm restrictor gives approximately 20% more air which could roughly give a bit over 400 Hp. That's of course just my guessing but I find hard to believe that current WRC have less than 30 Hp advantage over R5 cars (Fiesta isn't the strongest anyway).
As far as I know, Fiesta R5 had 312bhp before the EVO. A good Evo IX in Gr.N for it's 309bhp. But with Portugal Gr.P rules you can have a Evo VII with 340bhp easily. The 300 bhp announced are just ridiculous
