    Smile

What's on my mind is that the sun is shining (though it is rather chilly outside), I just watched the Tournament of Roses Parade from Pasadena, I'm awake (alive?) & full of strong coffee and I hope for a healthy, happy and prosperous New Year for my family, myself and all of my cyber friends here.

Though a new year is nothing more than a turn of the calendar, at least in our minds, it opens up all sorts of possibilities and opportunities. And I hope we can all move ourselves to take advantage of those opportunities in the best way possible.

Happy New Year to you all!

I cannot plan too much these days but I do hope I get to see some motorsport (hopefully rally/F1) in '16 if not '15 itself.

Carolina Panthers will become the first team with a losing record to win the Super owl next month. Avenging past play-off losses against the Cardinals, Seahawks and Packers respectively. I would include the Patriots in this, but the Patriots won't make the SB.

Atm, I'll go to the Friday of the AGP. I want to hear for myself how quiet these engines are. The AGP is a rip-off for the whole weekend. I also have my eye on going to Rally Australia in September. But that's at least $500 and 1000km away compared to the GP

I'm glad you given me the opportunity to gloat again that I'm going to the Cricket World Cup final! I'm also going the Ind/SA and SL/Bang game, which are also being held at the MCG. I'm not sure I'll bother with Aus/Eng. I have my eye on the MCG 1/4 final, I'll take my chances there'll still be ticket available.

just noticed that this makes absolutely no sense at all - it was supposed to be linked to a quote from a post by gadjo, then all would have been clear

Ain't gonna' happen my man. In fact I will take my second Fav NFL team The Ravens in a sig bet that they go all the way. Not that I think they will, but Carolina is going to have to go on the road if they beat AZ, and my man R. Lindley (SDSU). Let me know if you are down be fore the first game starts, which is a little over two hours from this post. One of the teams has to win the whole shootin' match for it to be a win for our bet, OK?. Prediction here:
