Amazing the twists and turns in life.

I started my new job last August after breaking my foot.

Met a colleague and we became good friends.

We have decided to form our own partnership and have a go and setting up our own Gardening business.

Never thought I would do that.

2015 now seems very exciting if very scary. Wish me luck.

A small piece of advice you may already know, but plan for success in advance, including how you will value the business and how one would buy the other out should it come to that. It may seem strange just starting out when you're just trying not to fail, but it is good to have these things settled in advance.

You never know with partnerships, you and your friend may work great together for the next 30 years, but what's gonna happen when you meet Gadjo and you suddenly decide to move to Romania. Hey you gotta think about these things.
