Good find Mirek.
In this photo it seems there is some angle, but it is weird. points backwards a bit and (maybe???) outwards
the technical regulations for R5 demand that some of the suspension components to be the same for all 4 corners (uprights I think) so maybe it is an overall compromise
Also, maybe there is a restriction in the suspension mounting points in the new Fabia, are they allowed to modify those under R5 regs?

Baumschlager: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yZGajEnrKZs
Suspension travel on the front seems to be good.

The video of Baumschlager above makes me think they either use a much more aggressive engine map for loose surfaces, or that Lappi had the engine "turned down" on Bohemia.
On Bohemia the car sounded fairly quiet, whereas with Baumschlager it is making a lot of noise. Some of that will be the greater revs due to the lack of traction on loose surfaces, but the chirrups and squeaks and anti lag burbles all sound louder on the Baumschlager video too.

At 0:18 for example..
Also here, when we all missed the "weird" setup of the front suspension:

Fantastic
Same was Subaru with Prodrive, maybe tuners getting some backing from a partner Manufacturer would ease the budget effort of the Manufacturers itself, but it could help out filling the entries with...
