There are not a lot of public areas. Take a look at the map. The photo was taken on the slope at "P Bus".

There is cold-induced contraction which had to be factored in for the tyre pressures. Maybe its colder at the rally than at M-Sport's test. Or when testing the tyres were warmer due to more short...
