    Looking at the changes in climate in Europe during the latter years, and what is predicted in the years to come, there is time to move north to get more stabile winter conditions.
    Maybe, the rally need to go all the way up to Østersund, where they have https://www.facebook.com/OstersundWinterrally , or even further north to Arjeplog if needed.
