I dont consider Brasilia and Brazil to be the same, but I wont argue with you on it, close enough.

neither do I but the name of the country IS Brasil (in portuguese and hence the actual name)

OK, I have finally worked out the problem and had it explained to me.

So either have a guess those how wont cheat or some post another question.

Right click on the picture and go to 'inspect element' the name of the country is in the description/name of the picture

There are 75 countries located entirely north of the Tropic of Cancer.

By contrast, name the four countries that are located entirely south of the Tropic of Capricorn.
