Thanx for the link!
Looks like Nikara pushed a little bit to much on the last stage, but he had chances to win. Ahy Salo so low in classification?
Short question:
- what cars are allowed in SM1 and SM2 classes? Those have to be homologated or ex-homologated cars or can be "proto" type car? With let's say wrc style body and gp internals, etc?

Juha Salo's EvoX is sold and that made him back off a little, he said. He will compete last two FRC rallies in EvoIX.

Great onboard from Lapua, Salo/Salminen SS5. Roads in the Lapua region are very fast but quite flat (in sense of height differences) and also perhaps the most junctions in FRC.

SS1/5 Länsikylä was especially typical to the region, but it had variety too. There was one straight 1,5 km but also a 1,5 km section without any straight. And a lot of junctions. SS2/6 Hööpakka was very fast, but techical road, classic Finnish stage, though it needs a little more elevations. SS3 had several different styles too, even a couple of kms of asphalt slalom. SS4 was very fast, not that exciting, but still spectacular.
Here's another onboard from SS5, Timo Kuivinen. He's fast local driver, not a junior anymore (he was junior champ in mid 80s :-) It all goes wrong after 8'00". This is the outcome: https://twitter.com/HartusvuoriWRC/s...54698037600256

Winner of the AKK's "promising rally star" programme has been chosen and it's Teemu Suninen. Despite being new to rally (previously karting and rallycross), Suninen has immediatly been on top form in the tough SM3 (R2-cars) class. The winner was decided based on the results of four first FRC events and physical+mental tests in Vierumäki sports academy, note-test with Mikko Markkula, and some language/media skills test etc.
Now Suninen gets a drive in NORF funded by AKK. It will be Printsport-run DS3 R3T, test day included.
Good to see that AKK is taking the steps forward in talent searching and coaching, something which e.g. FFSA has been doing for years.Satakymppi, oikee yks

great by AKK !
It worked really well in France (even if it seems it was a bit different), I hope the same for you. Your biggest difficulty will be to find a manufacturer support. In france it's quite easy with Peugeot, Citroën, and Renault, but in Finland there's no manufacturer trophy :/
After each race, I normally listen to the team radio to the leading top five drivers to gauge what their race was like from inside the cockpit. Of the five at Monaco, the radio communication between...
