Do we have to pay to see it ?
    Where are the historics ?
Last year first was free runs of priority drivers. Each one twice and than qualification. That was with 2 minutes gap I think. After that normal shakedown for all crews except priority drivers continued for another maybe three hours. I don't remember exactly. Bad thing was that due to the qualification the priority drivers did only three passes each.

You can not disable automatics with double clutch gearbox. It always have two gears shifted in the same time and operates via those two clutches. They key is to have correct gear pre-shifted at the second clutch however that is difficult to automatize for racing use. I don't know how exactly Porsche PDK had it done. I guess normally the system pre-shifts higher gear if You keep accelerating and pre-shifts lower gear if You are braking or if the rpm goes down.

Two years back there was a video with speed gun from one such straight and Van den Heuvel with R4 Evo made over 210 km/h there...
Reninge has also some straights on old tarmac that the limiter definately will be reached.

Events with such entries (WRC and ERC top events) I would always include SD when I would do that particularly rally.

It will be interesting also to see SD, despite older version without qualify was better and more spectacular.
