He got a 1 minute time penalty and fined €1,500.

Is this reasonable? I really don´t think timepenalty is fair.

That was a pretty good stage from Sesks. It took a Toyota running about seven stages later to beat him.

Some people have more money than sense and will pay the fines to do what they want. A time penalty reiterates that safety measures are not optional.
