[WRC] Rallye Automobile Monte-Carlo 2026

Problem is that it was really salted. So first part of the stage is completely wet. Closer to the highest point of the stage close to the end, there is mixture of wet, snow, ice, slush. Some pictures made 30 minutes ago here: https://forum.autosport.cz/viewtopic...106250#p106247

This whole rally is way too long. 3 days of just 60km's and one proper day.

This could, and should if you ask me be done in 2 days. Start on friday noon, finish sunday noon. Drive at least one late night leg.

My only question is why they let the drivers choose the studded tires and then they salt it. The drivers will be salty..

If they do the same on the Friday stages which are mostly under the snow too, I will probably be very sad

what's the reason for salting the special stage?! I don't understand it. I suspect the special stage was closed this morning. why not just leave it as it is?! it only snows once every ten years or so, on the day of the special stage or the day before, and then the snowplow comes and salts it...l guess for safety reasons...
