(Is "R1' the new name? Read something somewhere. Probably in one of these new AI fake articles poping up on my Facebook feed)

I'm thinking WRC27 wouldn't be production cars whereas Rally2 are derived from Group A homologated cars. Of course this would only work for a few years if Rally2 is to be replaced also by WRC27.

R1 is not a new name, it's an old name for Rally5.
