it's not the mashalls... it's the militaries that are just put there and don't know what to do, so they don't let anyone near the car.

Yeah it's the police. I've been spectating exactly in this spot last year and there were loads of them.. Also there is a rock on the inside of that corner but it shouldn't damage a healthy steering arm..

Rather than "älä usko", it was actually "älä, usko", so they are two separate pieces of information for the same corner. "Älä" means "don't" for "don't cut" and "usko" means "trust". And yeah, like...
