Looks like it's more and more possibility that Hyundai will not field 4th car at all. 80 million budget and acting like this.

I agree that maybe they have not slowed them down as much as some expected, but think part of it is a byproduct of the regs and the aero improvements. They can now trim the cars to the fastest...
