Am I blind or the rally is starting on Thursday instead of Friday as in many ERC rounds?

Rally always had an endurance element. And I remember the (mainly Scandinavian) drivers moaning about long days, night stages, lack of sleep and it being dangerous way back in the 80's on the RAC...
