The points system is easy enough but it needs to be made clear for new fans that each rally is now like two separate scoring events.But the question is whether its devaluing the overall win.

But then they should act like it are 2 different events. 2 podiums, different tyre allocations, starting list based on Championship standings.

Now how well you can do on Sunday is highly dependand on what you have done the days before, so it's not a separate rally.
