The Citroën C3 is becoming the most popular Rally2 car in the belgian championship, at least for the rally van Haspengouw next week

    Nice entry list!

3 names pop out for the fight for victory in my opinion.

Potty, knows the car, knows the stages, fast out of the box!
Cherain, also knows his weapon, and the stages, hope he is well awake from stage 1
Verstappen, the one doing probably the most km's in that car, but also he has to be on top of the game from start!

After them ,Verschueren, Fernemont, Reynvoet, Bux,..nice fight for top 5 places lets hope!

curious what Boonen can do whit the RS now

Victory goes to Cedric Cherain, he was in the fight for podium since very first stage. Potty lost about half a minute with an off on stage 3. Before the last loop of stages Cherain was comfortabel in the lead with nearly half a minute advantage on the rest of the podium contenders Reynvoet, Potty and Bux.
However Cherain made a mistake on stage 10, loosing 17 sec and had puncture on stage 11 so the lead was reduced to just 5,3 sec to Potty and Reynvoet just behind. Bux was another 4 sec further. Everything to be dicided on the last stage, the powerstage. This one was won by Verstappen and Potty was 2,3 faster than Cherain, but Cedric took the overall victory after all. Third podiumplace went to Reynvoet, fourth Bux and fifth Verstappen, who lost too much time in first loop to content for victory, but had a strong finish and ended at 16 sec of Cherain.
It was a very nice and difficult rally to start the season, especially with the road conditions. Good work by organisers as well.
