Ogier is angry about lot of polution on the road, when he was doing full championship, he always had the best position. And when he is angry and not pretty happy, then the times don't come. Lets see tomorrow, we have to mention that he is already quite old and in the dark you have to be pretty much on it.
One of Ogier's talents was picking the right tyres when conditions were mixed ice/snow/dry. With all dry he hasn't had that advantage on the first leg. I think that's added to his road position disadvantage.
