    So a conventional tarmac rally then. Any chance of a randon snow shower at somepoint higher up, or is the most jeopardy we can hope for is a corner or two of potential ice.

    Not sure I buy this, privateers can challenge but they almost never come out on top, there is still a difference between a private team and a works team even if the equipment is the "same".

    Also the extra teams could be manufacturer junior or satelite teams so even if they get a surprise win the brand is stil there.
