Munster got a 500eur fine - failed to acknowledge and respond to instructions sent via the FIA Safety tracking device in SS12 and impeded the progress of car nr 69.

I pretty think that all F1 will fund his "electoral campaign" to get rid of the clown and get back to normal. This would benefit both championships eventually...
