Long days is not a problem, thats part of the "adventure" of rallying, its also about how to survive these long days! Remote service would be part of the solution.

Agree on teams and mecanics taking more prominent role, thats also a side off rallying not enough known to the (no die hard) spectator!

Make the servicepark more atractive! iff posible run a show stage there, put big screens, put some DJ or music bands.
Food trucks in all different kinds, manufactrors can showcase new models. There should be much more going on there!

In some stages, make a big public area, like in sardinia, there is one at the autocross track near loelle, or the minesite near olmedo! Good for live tv and spectator management!
