Check the start list. it would nice to see them all, but first Rally1 car is 27th on the road. So it takes a bit time.

edit: rechecked myself, for me seems coverage starts at 1900 local time.

In Estonia it's quite heavy rain half of day, and it moves to Finland. If tomorrow will be the same amount of rain there, you need boats...
