    Dose the rule says there must be at least two full time drive for each team, Can Hyundai have only one full time Neuville ? with the other part time guys like sordo,Mikkelsen ,Suninen ,Lappi ,Paddon ,Meeke

    No such rule. Only that min two cars in every rally

    Hyundai basically had this system in 2019, only Neuville had a full season.

    And Citroen 2017-2018, no one had a full season!
