why? consider the context and the fact we don't know about the in car messages. it's just happened, there's the co-driver closing the door and signaling him to go over. no smoke, no sos sign, no hand signals to stop for help from codriver, marshals or other people. maybe they did not assess correctly the situation at first, but the signal is clear to go. then when kaito and other arrives, probably the ss is already neutralized by in car com, and some help is requested on spot, but you can see people telling him to go,not to stop...so not knowing on the spot.

Because this point probably only refers to situation when car is on fire, in lake etc.

Lindholm could clearly see Sarrazin out of the car and he never made any sign showing that there might be a real problem with the codriver still inside the car. Also Kajto stopped because he wanted to, as Sarrazin was also there before his car showing he was ok.
