His boss is temporary boss and he was saying that he is very good at doing engines and he should be continuing doing amazing stuff there but the leader should be someone with previous leadership experience. Not too difficult to understand when you are not trying to make up things. Some guys just can't read and think at the same time...

Moncet: ,,“As I say, definitely, it will not help the performance of the car,” he added. “It’s not a drama; we have seen some other drivers in the past even win stages without hybrid support.
He has lost time but you see he’s still within 20s of first place''
Doesn't sound like a professional team boss..?
Comparing stage wins without hybrid power.. MAYBE there is a difference between surfaces and real help of hybrid.Last edited by TypeR; 22nd October 2022 at 07:38.

Now quite many times Moncet is downplaying some of the things happening with technical issues. And comparing punctures with hybrid problems you must find him to be very good apologiist.
I don't know how much and if it had any affect and why it's always happening to one driver but some of the stuff this guy says is just complete bonkers.

Just finding it ridiculous how it is suddenly claimed that Tanak is totally not involved in "Team politics" and is a poor little guy sitting in corner.
Go past one line and remember whole year. Tanak being in media about the car all the time, allegedly meeting Hyundai Koreans bosses without Moncet a few times, then saying someone else should lead the team. Totally not "Team politics".
Some guys can't think more back than one post...

Quite surprisingly level, before top3, at 1st split 5 drivers in 0.1sec.
