Comparing stage wins without hybrid power.. MAYBE there is a difference between surfaces and real help of hybrid.. Sadly it has become a big joke.
Now quite many times Moncet is downplaying some of the things happening with technical issues. And comparing punctures with hybrid problems you must find him to be very good apologiist.

I don't know how much and if it had any affect and why it's always happening to one driver but some of the stuff this guy says is just complete bonkers.
