Situation is solved on the gov level - Estonian government disallow them (Nikolai Grjazin, Konstantin Aleksandrov) to enter to the country from 23th June to 18th of July.

Cant find any info at official website, but is it possible to buy rally pass (day pass) at the entrance of the special stage? How was it last year?

er. it's the same thing i was saying all along. u made a list of basically 1 manufacturer and some tuners. i was exactly saying that manufactures will not invest in this model of top...
