Sometimes in the beginning it seemed like Petter had more control over the car than the Hyundai engineers and the car was not very good, many of the same problems coming back several times. Things got a lot better when he got the new engineer Gerard De Jongh from Monza. Originally Posted by ouvreur

Jost Capito told story in Drive to Survive about when one of his VW drivers lacked confidence, he told his co-driver to squeeze his balls. Then he asked driver "Do you feel the balls? So drive with balls you have".
Didn't say what driver it was, but I'm pretty sure it was JML.
