very good times from J Verstappen!

Nice suprise indeed, also nice the rally got some extra attention on national television because of his rally ambitions.
Strong Lefevre, but that was expected, Bux nice suprise.

I would have thought that De mevius and Fernemont would have been closer. Also Princen in the WRC was not that impressive.

Not bad at all Jacob Madsen at the Rallye de Hannut(currently running, 12 stages done) !!!!

The danish driver is 4th overall driving for the first time a 208 Rally 4(remember he usually drives a Suzuki in Denmark)

Overall, Jourdan Serderidis is driving the hybrid Ford Puma WRC for the first time and is leading ahead of another danish driver, Kenneth Madsen(208 T16)

Kenneth and Jacob (they are brothers) have both been driving Suzukis in Denmark for many years, but the Suzuki team closed down after 2021. This year, they will drive in a new team with a 208 T16 R5 for Kenneth and the 208 R4 for Jacob. They are both very, very fast drivers, but to see them do so well straight out of the box with two new cars after so many years in 'homegrown' Suzukis was really nice. Their schedule for this year is the Danish Championship - but I hope, that they will be able to drive a bit outside Denmark as well.

Bad luck for Gino Bux in TAC Rally(broken gearbox - retired)

It was his main chance to win with the absence of Stéphane Lefèbvre(who will be at Rallye Wallonie by the end of the month)

Only 7 out of 10 rounds count, so there where not much title contenders driving yesterday. Verschueren (Polo Rally2) won in front of Reynvoet (Fabia Rally2) and Bedoret (Fiesta Rally2). Van Parijs excellent 4th overall with the Porsche, Gilles Pyck won the Junior classification with a Renault Clio Rally4 supported by Renault Belgium (price for winning Clio Trophy last year).

Really interesting: fast austrian driver Julian Wagner will enter the Stellantis Motorsport Cup Belux from next week Sezoens Rally

It should be a great duel with German Marijan Griebel in the serie

Wagner will use of course his Opel(he was unbeatable in austrian championship 2WD), while Griebel will use the Peugeot(he already won the first round of the Stellantis Cup in South Belgian Rally)
