Great footage.
One thing that stands out to me is that when you look at it there was only 2 proper manufacturer teams that had cars that could win the event.
Things may not appear to be great in the current climate with 3 teams but it's not like those years were brimming with top entries either and it certainly didnt take away from the spectacle. IMO the current state of the WRC is not that bad. Certainly I think 2017-2021 will be looked back on as fantastic few years.
Rose tinted glasses and all that......

You will be surprised, but yes, they heard. And they didnt liked it (not all of them of course) and were fighting against it. Thats one of the reasons why this category was killed by FIA...
