Next year might be interesting in WRC-2 with the new rule, we may expect a lot of semi-official involvement from manufacturers:
- Skoda: Mikkelsen, Ingram, maybe Bulacia also and Lindholm
- Citroen: Ostberg, maybe Rossel and Camilli is also in discussion
- Hyundai: Suninen, López, probably at least on another driver to complete the squad.
- M-Sport: Huttunen, Cais, maybe some drives also from a Rally1 driver (Loubet?)
Also Gryazin’s status not clear.

Tbh Im still confused why Rossel won the wrc3 title. Both him and Kajto have 3 wins, two 2nds and one 3rd... Kajto has one P8 and Rossel has one DSQ. Kajto has more bonus points from those "last stage" (Damn I just forgot the name of that haha)... Why? I know they "delete" worst result but this cost him the title somehow, even have more points and more last stage points

Wrc 2/3 2021
Scroll down to the points table. Two worst results are omitted so both are left with three wins and two second places, so power stage points decide. Namely Kajto having none in Estonia.

Another interesting point is that Lukyanuk’s one-off in Estonia robbed Kajto’s chance for max points (just like Lindholm with co-driver trickery in Spain)Last edited by AnttiL; 24th November 2021 at 20:24.

Rossel was planning Spain, but after DSQ and long waiting for final verdict, he chose Monza.

Rossel is a worthy Champion. He dominated WRC3 in the second half of the season, even taking overall RC2 wins. His DSQ in Acfopolis was a major blow. True that rules are rules, but there was no advantage gained and would this have not happened he would have ran away with the title. Also being able to handle pressure and turn tables as he did in the last Monza stage is a mark of true greats. I hope he keeps improving and does not hit a glass ceiling.like so many others semm to have done (Loubet ?)

Almost all Finn's since Paavo Nurmi who are fast in their sport have been called "Flying", particularly the 1960's rally drivers, but I was actually thinking of "Flying Finnish" - the timing line at...
