Martijn Wydaeghe said in a podcast after the rally, that the topspeeds on WRC+ are not reliable. He says that in reality, they go near the 200km/h.

Well I haven't seen the mention of what Newey might have found, but just forum members on F1Technical have found loopholes in the aero package regs that seem would easily change the idea of outwash...
