Everyone knows what - he checked in one minute late. But why is the question, nobody knows as it doesn't make any sense.

The only reasons I can think of:

1. Try and tempt Ogier into taking some massive risks on PS by making the gap smaller. Highly Unlikely.
2. Protect Breen's position from 'team orders' by making the gap to him too big. Highly unlikely.
3. Co-Driver mistake. No chance.
