I see that back in the 2000's they ran around 4-5 stages a day once on say Friday and then 2nd run on Saturday or Sunday, did they repair the roads and fill the ruts back in between runs?

Rather than "älä usko", it was actually "älä, usko", so they are two separate pieces of information for the same corner. "Älä" means "don't" for "don't cut" and "usko" means "trust". And yeah, like...
