What is important - fans, attitude, environment, will to provide. I remember some sentences like - "finally rally is moving to places where it belongs and where it must go - close to fans and areas, where it's important and expected". You may organize rally in some "big car market country", but if nobody cares and it does not get media attention there, then what is the point?
