    No, this has nothing to do with FIA. It is general ban for all sports over the world...

    Drivers are subject to same doping regulations that apply to other sportsmen too. For that reason, they cannot use most effective flue medications, for example.

    Yes, Kaihuavaara, Siikakämä and Aittajärvi are way much faster stages than Mustalampi and Sarriojärvi.

    If is just fast, then it does not make difference - the question is, is there that long "straights" where top-speed or rate limiter comes to account.

    In this stage may come important who have been able to nursing their tires well.

    Sure but the ban comes from somewhere and FIA, as the sports governing body need to implement it.
