Yes, it's only shakedown, but Breen is amazing - being away long time and still really competitive.

Fast loose surface rallies have been his best surface for last 5 years. Do far the shakedown results look very similar to last similar rally in Estonia 2020.
I am sure Breen will do well here, but he really needs to get a chance and impress on the other types of rallies and surfaces.

Should be nice battle in WRC2 - Lappi, Mikkelsen, Huttunen, maybe Veiby, and also probably some local drivers from WRC3 will join in as well.
