Quite many times in the vid he is oversteering a lot on power (also on this spot on a pass earlier).

Could it be that they changed power bias to the back (like Toyota on tarmac and before that Citroen) that they now start getting this?

have in mind that they are in different tyres,and they need to fine tune again.

Oliver testing today in France when the other already have started Recce for Arctic rally

also Juha Salos co-driver Mikko Markkula is now in Rovaniemi doing the recce and than probably straight to Monte Carl recce alongside Teemu Suninen.. busy times for them
