I'd say it's reasonably worse with rally cars than with stock cars because there is no airconditioning which greatly reduces air humidity.

there is no need for air condition with front heated screen.For example see rear windscreen,defrost at one minute.


@denkimi there is no way wrc cars to have heated windscreen and drive into stage with misted windscreens.

AC normally doesn't work under 5 degrees anyway though as the condensation water can freeze, maybe they just didn't think they would need it on the Toyota's this weekend?

I don't know how it's in rallycars but in stock cars rear heated screen has much thicker wires, i.e. much higher heating power than the front one.

front heated screen i ve seen are very thin,you have to stick your face to 10cm to glass to be visual,but they are at all the glass and very close something 4-5mm to the next wire.
