Losing the Saturday stages would be a big blow...

I think they choose them exactly because of the possibility of snow!
Don't think there's a risk of cancellation. there will be (maybe) snow, but not that much to be an issue! the forecast says snow on Friday, mix rain/snow for Saturday and Sunday (more on Sunday). It's most possible to have snow that don't really stick on the road.
Worst case having lots of slush.

With slush/tons of rain I wonder what tire is best, the "snow" tire without studs (maybe not enough drainage) or the "superwet" one (maybe too hard compound?).

the circuit stages not so much, so ill definitely hope for some unpredicted weather.

At least the super soft option which is often used in Monte, is not available for Monza. Apparently it would require colder temperatures (how much colder is it in Monte than what we're getting now?)

Without multiple laps there should be time to correct moved cones/tires. However there might be some issues. If they use plastic cones some people might cut a lot over them om purpose, if they use tires or haybales and somebody moves them it might be hard to place them back. Previous years some corners had massive "unmovable" barriers so that might be an option.

They can use concrete blocks. You can hit them, but they will rip your wheel off.

If have even seen the use of containers, but those seemed pretty dangerous.

Possible because Monza is last event with Michelin WRC tyres.

(Mirek knows but for others: WRC uses different tyres than Rally2/R5)

yeah finally a rally week

i have no idea what to expect with this new event, i think no one has a idea.

the only thing i really hope is that no one has mechanical failures, i want to see them fighting for seconds all the time with no mechanical troubles.
