    FRC 2021 First rally entry will close today. A lot of r5 cars aand bottas with wrc and propably one top wrc to come...

    It's more likely the issue of travel restrictions, etc. And if WRC Arctic will happen it will share quite much of the stages with FRC event, so anyway works drivers won't be allowed to participate.
    If WRC Arctic will be confirmed then we can expect works teams coming, just not with top drivers (Toyota with Nikara for example, Hyundai I don't know with who)...
