Rally5 news
There’s already an R1 thread on the national sub forum https://www.motorsportforums.com/sho...=1#post1230670 but it makes sense to resume it here, alongside all the new classes’ topics.
Renault was the first manu homologating a Rally5 car (March 1st) and they took the new Clio to a bold premiere on WRC Rally Mexico. Even if only one of the 5 cars competing on local Clio Cup managed to finish, this was a rich experience for Renault Sport costumer service. Hopefully it wont take long to see these cars running in Europe.

Has any country or region said anything on starting a Rally5 cup for 2021?
I guess 2020 is a gonner for Covid 19, hopefully 2021 could go ahead.

Impressed by the speed of the new Clio Rally5 in the hands of youngster Ola Nore Jr.
Not many rally4 cars in front of him so far in Hungary.

Good debut of a new car in the hands of a young Norwegian driver. Not only was he 3rd in ERC3 Junior, but also 4th in ERC3.

Do anyone know the price for a Fiesta Rally5?
Is it still possible to buy the Rally5 kit and get a donor yourself?

The conversion kit is priced at €26,990.00 + VAT (not including donor car or wheels), and the fully-built, ready-to-race car is priced at €45,990.00 + VAT. A conversion kit is also available so that the customer can upgrade the same car to the latest Ford Fiesta R2 specification when ready.
