For sure it doesn't look like he will start more unless Hyundai runs more than 3 cars. But with the 2nd team rules Loeb wouldn't be able to score manu points then, since he took points for first team in Monte, so it's a bit pointless.
Sounds like his continuation was in some doubt after he pulled out of doing Sweden.
