The people doing the broadcast don't know where the stream goes and are not aware if it cuts down. It's only wrc.com server which went down. If the stream is syndicated elsewhere (TV companies) it keeps working.

It's still pretty crappy that we have only four stages today and two of them aren't shown

They should just leave the WRC site alone, each time they do a big overhaul they have a lot of bugs, they should just keep it to small yearly updates or don't update the looks of the sight at all, I couldn't care less if it's green, blue, red or orange...
